We offer a range of Home Finding Programmes suitable to single assignees and families, covering a spectrum of needs and levels of support, from a targeted 1 day home finding to a VIP total support programme.

Major Elements:

  • Set up home viewing appointment and forward Itinerary two to three days prior to arrival 
  • Accompanied home viewing
  • Negotiate rent, draft or review lease to ensure most favourable terms, coordinate signature and invoices for initial payments
  • Make arrangements to have utilities connected at time of permanent occupation (electricity, water, telephone/internet )
  • Provide detailed information on setting up internet and cable TV 
  • Conduct Check-In Inspection documenting specific condition of the property. Obtain sign-off by assignee and landlord
  • Property handover and move-in day assistance, ensuring that landlord, agent or property manager is available to explain operation of electrical, alarm, pool, irrigation and other systems and equipment at the property 
  • Explain maintenance obligations during tenancy and requirements for returning property in proper condition on lease termination 
  • Explain how utility companies bill for services and advise on best method of payment. Provide sample bills and explanation  vWork with  landlord to resolve any repair issues prior to occupation
  • Forward copies of property documentation (lease, Check-In, telephone deposits, landlord and agent details)
